About the bottles

What age are Little Sippers bottles for?

Our 200ml bottles are sized for toddlers and preschoolers (roughly 1–3 years), and our 500ml bottles are sized for school-age kids (3–8 years). The soft silicone straw is gentle enough for new straw-drinkers from around 9–12 months.

What are the bottles made from?

Food-grade stainless steel interior, soft food-grade silicone straw and mouthpiece, and a leakproof seal. BPA-free, BPS-free, phthalate-free and PVC-free.

How big are the bottles?

Each character bottle comes in two sizes: 200ml and 500ml. Same character, same look — just different sizes for different ages and stages.

Are they really leakproof?

Yes. The character head twists on with a 100% leakproof seal — safe to chuck in a backpack, pram or car seat without worrying about a soggy library book.

Are they insulated?

The current range is single-wall stainless steel — not vacuum insulated. It keeps water cool through a school morning, but it won't keep ice frozen all day. (Double-wall insulated versions are in the works.)

Are the characters licensed?

No — every Little Sippers character is an original, designed by us. You won't find Billy, Dex, Goldie or Luna anywhere else.

Care and cleaning

How do I clean the bottle?

Hand wash daily with warm soapy water and a bottle brush. Use a small straw brush for the silicone straw. Air-dry overnight with the lid off — see our full care guide for details.

Are they dishwasher safe?

The body and silicone parts are top-rack dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing the printed character body to keep the design looking new.

Can I buy replacement straws or lids?

Yes. Email us at hello@littlesippers.com.au with your order number and we'll send replacement parts.

Where do you ship?

We ship Little Sippers worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 1–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. See our shipping and returns page for full details.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order over $80. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

What about customs and duties?

For international orders, customs duties or local taxes (where they apply) are the responsibility of the recipient. They vary by country and aren't collected at checkout.

What's your returns policy?

30-day returns on unused bottles. If anything's faulty or wrong with your order, get in touch and we'll make it right.
