Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Most orders arrive within 1–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Free worldwide shipping on every order over $80.

What's your returns policy?

If something isn't right, get in touch within 30 days and we'll sort it out.

Can I buy replacement straws or lids?

Yes — email us with your order number and we'll send what you need.

Are you stocked in stores?

Not yet — currently we sell direct from littlesippers.co only.
