Shipping
We ship Little Sippers worldwide. Most orders arrive within 1–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Free worldwide shipping on every order over $80. For orders under $80, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Order tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships, with a tracking link. If you don't see it, check your junk folder, or email us at hello@littlesippers.com.au and we'll resend.
Returns
If anything isn't right — a faulty bottle, a wrong order, a bottle that arrived damaged — email us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@littlesippers.com.au and we'll sort it out. We cover return postage on faulty items.
For change-of-mind returns, the bottle needs to be unused and in original packaging. We can arrange a return label; the cost of return postage on change-of-mind returns is the customer's.
Replacement parts
Silicone straws and mouthpieces are wear parts. If you need a replacement, email us with your original order number and we'll send what you need.
Customs and duties
For international orders, any customs duties or local taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. These vary by country and are not collected at checkout.
